Automated pricing built for one property. It reads booking pace against the same period last year, competitor rates for the same dates, local events, weather and search demand, and recommends a rate per room type per date with the reasoning shown in plain language. Approved rates push to every channel at once. It flags the specific dates where money is being lost, whether by underpricing a sold-out night or sitting on unsold inventory, and reports monthly on revenue captured against the prior approach.
